We stayed in the King Room for two nights. The room was clean, and the dog park area was a nice touch. Breakfast was not abundant enough for my taste, but the option is there. I felt safe , with no trouble visible around the hotel. I'd recommend it for a cozy getaway.

Quick and particularly nice breakfast with sausage and mushy old apples and fresh fruit for every taste. Wonderful, magnificent location back to the Surf Motel & Gardens.

Little hotel with FRIENDLY atmosphere in a dog friendly area right by the old harbor area, the beach, botanical gardens, lighthouse, and state parks and Easy to access off the highway.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Service!

We enjoyed a spacious queen room for a night, with a lovely garden view. The staff were helpful, assisting with our late check-in. Don't miss the nearby Harvest market for delicious breakfast options! Great value for a cozy getaway!

Lots of cereals, slices of fresh bread and jam at breakfast. Adequate and functional rooms available with all facilities and fridge and microwave, for instance. Convenient location close to restaurants and pizza restaurants.

What a nice little hotel with courteous staff at check-out! The location was great, close to the beach. A great restaurant in venue.

Lovely gardens and cute atmosphere.

Where should I even begin? The check-in experience was atrocious. The front desk staff had an unwelcoming demeanor, hardly acknowledging us, let alone greeting us properly. We were given a room that smelled damp and uninviting, and when we requested another room, it was equally intolerable. The breakfast was just pathetic, stale bread with rock-hard butter and a pack of inedible pastries. This place was beyond disappointing, and I can't believe I wasted my time and money here!

The cozy atmosphere and dog-friendly features are fantastic! The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, as the sheets weren't fresh and there were hairs present. It was a decent stay for a quick trip, but the maintenance needs attention.

Spacious Queen Room with microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Super quiet stay, comfy beds, and clean with free toiletries. The gardens outside are beautiful. The outdoor fire pit is a great hangout spot. Friendly staff helped us with recommendations and breakfast options like pastries and coffee.

The pet-friendly amenities, especially the dedicated dog run area, were a huge plus!

The room was not completely clean upon arrival, with debris still under the bed.

Great location, but needs some help

Rooms were quiet and the location was spot on. Stormy at the front desk was super friendly, and having a mini fridge was a plus for snacks. The kitchen area was decent for breakfast prep, too. check-in was a bit of a hassle as we had issues with cleaning and missing towels.

My stay at Surf Motel And Gardens was a delightful experience. the hotel is beautifully decorated and feels brand new. I especially enjoyed having a bathtub in my room, along with convenient amenities like a microwave and fridge. the central location is fantastic, making it easy to access everything right off the highway.

One of the highlights here was definitely the continental breakfast with waffles. It's also in a quiet spot close to the waterfront, which makes for a nice atmosphere. 🌊.
